Time Off

  • Vacation Time – Policy ranging from three (3) to five (5) weeks of vacation per year based on level and years of service with ability to roll over a years’ worth of accrual annually.
  • Sick Time – Full-time employees receive 40 hours of sick time on the first of every year.
  • Holidays – Full-time employees receive fifteen (15) annual holidays. Nine (9) set holidays, three (3) floating summer holidays, two (2) floating winter holidays, and an additional one (1) floating DEI Holiday to be used whenever you would like throughout the year.

As a progressive accounting and advisory firm, PKF Mueller offers a program that expands the horizons for our team members. Through our affiliation with PKF International, we provide employees with the opportunity to apply for participation in our Global Employee Exchange Program (GEEP). This is also referred to as PKF GO, PKF’s Secondment Program.


Employees selected for the program have the unique opportunity to travel abroad and work with an international member firm for a stated period of time. They will have the opportunity to share their technical expertise, develop new skills, and gain first-hand experience with diverse business environments and cultures across our global network. Selected employees then return to their home office to share their newly gained experience, knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.
