I started as a Rotational Accounting Intern at PKF Mueller during busy season. I remember being very nervous to begin my internship since I had no public accounting experience. Looking back, I realized that there was nothing to worry about. Everyone at PKF Mueller is excellent and always eager to help with any questions or issues I had.
The rotational internship at PKF Mueller offered several benefits that gave me a great experience. The best thing it provided was the ability to work on client work in both audit and tax. This helped me better understand the different avenues someone in public accounting can take. In addition, I enjoyed the rotation since I met and worked with people across all the departments at PKF Mueller. My experience in the rotational accounting internship helped me develop my accounting knowledge as well as helped me choose what direction I wanted to take in my public accounting career.
At the end of the busy season, I was offered a full-time position in the audit department at PKF Mueller. I was excited to continue my career at PKF Mueller since the internship was such a great experience. Overall, my time working at PKF Mueller as an Intern and an Associate has been a great experience, and I am excited to continue growing at PKF Mueller.
