I am an intern in the Audit department here at Mueller. I will be graduating from Augustana College this coming May with a major in Accounting. I did not choose this path at first, but after taking a few classes, I respected the art of accounting and saw great growth with this field of study.
My internship has been an incredible learning experience. I have created bonds with co-workers and have become more knowledgeable in accounting than I ever have in a classroom setting. The Audit Group has been supportive and encouraging throughout this internship program. I have been exposed to great role models and situations that force you to adapt to your environment.
Overall, the internship has been rewarding, exhilarating, and a phenomenal learning experience. I am truly grateful for the opportunity that Mueller has given me and the future opportunities to come.
