Mueller & Co., LLP (Mueller CPA) a Chicago area based Certified Public Accounting and Business Advisory firm has announced today that the company will begin operating under a new name and will be known as PKF Mueller effective July 1, 2021. This rebranding strategy reflects both the evolution of the company as well as its vision for the future.
CEO/President, David J. Nissen stated, “Al Mueller founded this firm over 53 years ago and as we have grown, we have stayed true to our core purpose of enhancing the lifetime success of our clients through innovative financial accounting and business advisory services. With this client commitment in mind and our focus on global expansion, our Partner group has decided to make this change.”
The firm has marketed itself in certain niches and service areas under the PKF Mueller name for the last four years so the name change will help solidify the firm’s brand across the entire marketplace. “Aligning our market presence with the strength of the PKF International network, which we are a proud member of, allows us to leverage the talent and experience of 20,000 professional members of the network,” Nissen said.
“We want our clients and business colleagues to know that the company’s ownership and employees have not changed. Our locations have not changed. And our affiliated wealth management firm, Mueller Financial Services, Inc., will not experience any operational changes, including name rebranding,” Nissen added.
