As part of our ongoing effort to provide a high standard of client service, we are excited to introduce a new client collaboration tool, CCH Axcess™ Client Collaboration, that will make your tax return preparation process more straightforward and efficient. This new online tool will guide you through the steps throughout all stages of the process, from beginning to end.
When we are ready to begin your tax return process, you will receive an email with a link to the client collaboration center. There, you’ll be able to:
- Begin the process by signing the engagement letter
- Complete a personalized tax questionnaire
- Upload or import your important documents
- Notify us that you have provided all requested information
- Ask or answer questions
- Review and sign the tax return(s)
We believe this new client collaboration tool will make it easier for you to provide the information we need. We value your business and want to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
A reference guide is provided to assist you with questions you may have when using this new tool. We suggest referring to it as you use this tool for the first time.
