Bernie joined PKF Mueller in 2021 and brings deep experience in organizational and strategic management. For more than 28 years in the professional services industry, primarily with CPA firms, he has worked closely with the Partners and leadership teams in Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Administration and Facilities.

His experience includes Strategic Planning, Monitoring/Reporting on Key Performance Metrics, Forecasting, Controllership & Accounting, Budgeting, Firm Policy & Procedures, Technology, Facilities Management, Hiring & Retention, and Project Management.

He has spoken at industry conferences in North America on the topics of performance management, succession planning and pricing methods for CPA firms.

Bernie’s focus at PKF Mueller is to assist firm leadership with growth initiatives and manage the ancillary support departments to align with the growth.
